Indy Museum Exchange
Needs Assessment and Resource Development
Indy Museum Exchange is a project developed by the students and faculty of the IUPUI Museum Studies Program to share information and resources to museums and those in the field in the Indianapolis area.

It was created because of a need by museums in the area to organize and share information of resources available in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

FBI Art Crime Team Internship
Collections Assistant
A wonderful opportunity to assist in the FBI repatriating cultural heritage objects to origin communities. My role focused on maintaining security over collections objects by creating custom storage and tracking location, temperature, and relative humidity changes in the space until we can return them.

More information about the project and my involvement can be found on the Bringle and Hatcher Civic Engagement Poster Showcase:

Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library
The Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is dedicated to the works and values of the late namesake author. Each year, IUPUI students in a museum administration course partners with nearby institutions to offer relevant services, such as creating or updating the institution's strategic plan.

A team of graduate students were tasked with creating a robust five-year strategic plan, where priority decisions were recommended to the museum to achieve the long-term goals they hoped to achieve.

Wayne County Historical Museum
Wayne County Historical Museum is a museum in Richmond, Indiana based off of the extensive personal items of collector Julia Meek Gaar.

In Spring 2020, as part of an exhibit design and planning course, a team of myself and 4 other students were given a portion of the museum's robust exhibit space and set out to make suggestions for improvements. Our final product was a document that created visitor interactives, made color and layout suggestions, and detailed messaging regarding their available object list.
